2. General terms
2.1. This Offer is an invitation by the Contractor to enter into an agreement on the stated terms. The agreement is formed when the User accepts the Offer.
2.2. The laws of the Russian Federation, including consumer-protection rules, govern the parties’ relationship. Nothing in this Offer limits rights granted to the User by mandatory law.
2.3. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order’s agreed terms. New versions are published on the Website and apply to future orders. Existing obligations may be changed by agreement or where the law permits.
2.4. Additional benefits, including reduced fees, bonuses and promotions, are not guaranteed indefinitely. Their rules may change for future transactions, subject to obligations already assumed under existing agreements.
2.5. The User account is intended for managing the Subscription, requests and transactions. Any top-up limit is calculated per User account.
3. Subject of the agreement
3.1. The Contractor will provide the main Service for the term and within the scope of the plan selected and paid for by the User, and the User will pay for it.
3.2. Available games, accounts, authentication methods and features may be updated for technical, licensing or other objective reasons. Such changes must not unlawfully deprive the User of the agreed main Service.
3.3. Additional Services are ordered separately or provided under current offers. The terms of each new transaction, including any fee and limit, are shown before confirmation. Paid transactions are fulfilled on the agreed terms.
4. Ordering and access
4.1. To make a purchase, the User registers on the Website, selects a plan, checks its price, term and scope, and pays using an available method.
4.2. The Subscription is activated after the payment provider confirms payment. Its expiry date is shown in the User account.
4.3. The User must provide accurate information, keep their account access secure and promptly report suspected compromise.
4.4. If technical issues arise, the User may contact support. The Contractor will take reasonable steps to restore access and handle the User’s claims as required by law.
5. Price and payment
5.1. The price, duration and contents of each plan are shown on the Website before payment. Prices are displayed in Russian roubles.
5.2. A third-party payment operator may process the payment. Payment-processing terms and any applicable fees are disclosed to the User before the transaction is confirmed.
5.3. Automatic renewal is enabled only with the User’s valid consent to recurring charges. The User must have a way to cancel renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not by itself end a period already paid for.
5.4. Prices and terms for future plans may change. A price change does not apply retroactively to a paid period.
6. Additional benefits
6.1. Promotions, bonuses, key discounts and other benefits are provided under the published rules of the relevant programme.
6.2. The Contractor may introduce, change, suspend or end additional programmes for future transactions, including changing limits and participation terms. Such changes do not cancel obligations already incurred or remove the User’s statutory rights.
6.3. A Subscription alone does not guarantee that every additional programme will remain available indefinitely. If a specific benefit was expressly promised as part of a paid plan for a set term, any change during that term is governed by law and the parties’ agreement.
7. Use of game accounts
7.1. Credentials and access provided to the User may be used only for the purpose authorised by the Contractor and within the selected plan, for personal, non-commercial use.
7.2. Without the Contractor’s permission, the User may not share the supplied credentials with third parties or change the account password, email, security settings, linked accounts or other account settings.
7.3. Reselling access, widely distributing credentials, circumventing technical restrictions, using software to automate abuse, and infringing third-party rights are prohibited.
7.4. The User must follow any supplied instructions for signing in, signing out and using offline mode. The Contractor is not Valve and does not act on Valve’s behalf.
8. Requests and technical limits
8.1. To keep accounts available, the Contractor may set reasonable technical limits on request frequency, authentication-code requests, concurrent sessions and use of individual games.
8.2. Current limits on game and authentication-code requests are shown in the relevant feature before use. Undisclosed limits may not be used as grounds to arbitrarily refuse the agreed main Service.
8.3. If automated requests, access sharing or tampering are suspected, the Contractor may temporarily restrict the relevant feature while it investigates and will notify the User where technically possible.
8.4. Restrictions and responses must be proportionate to the breach and preserve the User’s right to contact support and make claims provided by law.
9. User rights and obligations
9.1. The User may receive the paid main Service, obtain information about the plan and transaction prices, contact support and exercise rights granted by law.
9.2. The User must comply with this Offer, must not interfere with the Website, use another person’s payment details or engage in fraudulent transactions.
9.3. The User is responsible for actions in their account to the extent provided by law, taking into account any unauthorised access.
10. Contractor rights and obligations
10.1. The Contractor provides the paid main Service and the information required to use it.
10.2. The Contractor may perform maintenance, update the catalogue, prevent abuse and change future additional offers in accordance with this Offer and the law.
10.3. If a breach is confirmed, the Contractor may take proportionate measures, including temporarily restricting access or terminating the agreement on grounds permitted by law.
10.4. The Contractor handles complaints about service quality, erroneous charges and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
11. Cancellation and refunds
11.1. The User may withdraw from the service agreement at any time, paying the Contractor’s actual expenses incurred in performing the agreement where and as provided by law.
11.2. Beginning to use a Subscription does not by itself remove any statutory right to withdraw from the agreement or obtain a refund. The refund amount is determined with regard to services actually provided, documented expenses and applicable law.
11.3. If a service is not provided or is provided improperly, the User may make claims available under consumer-protection law.
11.4. A refund request must be sent through the contact channel listed on the Website and include the order details and circumstances. Refunds are issued within statutory time limits and by a legally permitted method.
11.5. A refund for an additional Steam top-up transaction depends on its fulfilment status and applicable law. Completion of the transaction alone does not remove mandatory User rights.
12. Liability
12.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
12.2. Unless the law provides otherwise, the Contractor is not liable for circumstances caused solely by unlawful actions of the User or independent third parties.
12.3. No provision of this Offer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Maintenance and force majeure
13.1. The Contractor may perform necessary maintenance and will seek to minimise interruptions to the Service.
13.2. A party is excused from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure where the legal requirements are met. Lack of funds or ordinary technical difficulties alone do not constitute force majeure.
13.3. The User’s rights if a paid Service is unavailable for an extended period are determined by law.
14. Intellectual property
14.1. Exclusive rights to Website materials belong to their respective rights holders. No exclusive rights to games, software, trademarks or other works are transferred to the User.
14.2. Steam and game names are designations of their respective rights holders. Their mention does not imply partnership with or endorsement of the Contractor.
15. Personal data
15.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
15.2. The User may contact the Contractor using the contact details provided for requests about personal-data processing.
16. Notices and electronic communications
16.1. Notices about orders, service status and changes to terms may be sent through the User account, email and other agreed channels.
16.2. Legally significant notices are sent by methods that allow their content and delivery to be established, in accordance with the law.
17. Amendment and termination
17.1. The Contractor may publish new versions of this Offer. A new version applies to orders placed after it takes effect, unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
17.2. Changing additional-programme rules for future transactions does not automatically change the already agreed scope of the main Service.
17.3. Termination of the agreement and its consequences are governed by the parties’ agreement and applicable law.
18. Disputes
18.1. Requests and complaints must be sent through the contact channel listed on the Website. The Contractor will handle them within the time limits set by applicable law.
18.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be decided by a court under the jurisdiction rules of the Russian Federation, including any consumer right to choose a court where the law provides for it.
